In our Local Market, we go to areas and purchase bank owned properties (REO), rehab them and rent them to qualified individuals, usually government subsidized.  This has many advantages.  First we are helping a neighborhood by taking an abandoned property, rehabbing it, (helps with values in the area), putting it back on the tax rolls (helps the city) and providing a nice, clean and safe place for a family (helping people).  As you can see from our model, a lot of groups and individuals benefit.  At the end of the day there is a feeling of a sense of accomplishment.

This also allows us to offer exceptional opportunities for YOU!  We frequently have opportunities that would give you a GREAT return on your private loan to us.  Plus we like to secure our loans with property.  Not only do you now have an opportunity to make a great return but you can take pride in knowing by doing so you will be benefiting a whole group of individuals and families.

In Emerging Markets, we look for exceptional deals with a value play to add additional value to the property.  We also team with other investors whom have the same goals and experience that we do.  This allows us to broaden our reach and facilitate the search and acquisition of these properties.  Our markets are researched to find areas with job growth, cities that are investing in their infrastructure as well as new manufacturing jobs being created.  We obtain some of this information from local Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Groups, U.S. Census Bureau as well as from local brokers, property managers and lenders.  We then search out properties that meet our strict acquisition criteria.   We take a conservative approach to find appropriate investments for our investors.  Our objective is to find the best investment that we can.
