K & A Investments has two primary objectives.

    Investing in larger Apartment buildings in Emerging Markets.  This has the advantage of buying when the prices are low and by doing some value added plays, we can increase the properties value.  We are also able to ride the appreciation wave as the economy rebounds because we purchased at the right time in the Market Cycle.  Emerging Market deals are done through syndication with our investors.  However, because we are SEC compliant, we can’t discuss these ventures without getting to know you first and having our investors form completed.  This is an SEC requirement.

We also invest in our local market, purchasing bank owned properties, rehabbing and then renting them, typically to low income voucher holders (formally known as Section 8).  Rents are then paid in part or in full by the government program.  This not only helps the neighborhoods, but we have the satisfaction of knowing that we are providing a good, clean and safe place for a family to live and also giving You the Investor a nice return on your investment with us.
